The Joseph Company Consulting has provided financial services to churches and non-profit organizations since 2001. The pandemic, while challenging to many, provided some time for introspection and growth discussions in the Aikens family. After taking inventory to assess other ways The Joseph Company Consulting could support churches, community-based organizations and any entity trying to do good work against the odds, we decided to enhance our offerings to include coaching and team development, digital engagement for evangelism and strategic help for those needing to tell their stories to the community and other stakeholders. 

 

The family-owned business includes Nathaniel Aikens, Sr., who has provided contract CFO and financial services to churches for more than two decades; Michele Aikens, Managing Partner, and a credentialed coach through ICF with a background in media and marketing; Nathaniel Aikens, Jr., who designs BOTS for a fortune 500 company, and has created a digital engagement BOT for evangelism; and Alexandria Aikens, a film producer and storyteller focused on branding community development efforts.
